Les faire bouillir 40 minutes dans 1 litre \u010f eau; \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li>Mixer les tomates, le gingembre, l\u2019ail, le piment et l\u2019oignon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u013e obtention d\u2019une consistance homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir les graines dans \u013ehuile chaude avec \u013e asafoetida jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9clatent. Ajouter les tomates mix\u00e9es et faire \u00e9paissir.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le reste des \u00e9pices, le rajma et 750 ml d&rsquo;eau, et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis laisser mijoter 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9craser grossi\u00e8rement les haricots avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Parsemer de coriandre et faire cuire avc du riz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>\u00a0Astuce<\/h3>\n<div>Faire cuire les haricots jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres, dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition constante.
